SeeYa Up & Down

Is my training consistent?

Ok la... I try to run as much as I can. And when I go to the gym in office, I'll do some stairs after. Are my legs skinny and hairy?

And since I signed up for KL Towerthon, kinda like no choice. Die die also gotta do do some stairs. Today I did 2 rounds of 21 floors. The last time 3 and before that 2.
